If you are experiencing a problem with your Vixen equipment and are a UK-based customer, please check whether it is in or out of warranty.

Out of Warranty
Any item purchased from a UK dealer (authorised or otherwise) before September 1st 2009 or if purchased after that date, older than 2 years from the original purchase date. Any items imported from outside the UK are not covered by UK warranty. If you wish to try to get support from an item that is out of warranty, you may wish to contact Vixen’s Headquarters in Japan:

In Warranty
For all items purchased from a Vixen UK authorised dealer on or after 1st September 2009 and before December 31st 2019 and still within 2 years of the original purchase date (not the date you purchased it if sold used) you will need to contact Vixen Co. Ltd in Japan*. Please use the contact form or phone number available here. You will need to provide proof of original purchase.
